This is very debateable.
From my experience a pod filter gives better results than a high flow panel in the factory air box.
Yes you will get even better results if you put the pod in a cold air box. Factory toyota air boxes just dont flow that well. Best flowing pods would be HKS or APEXi. Those cheap wildcat ones from repco are best value for money. They are made by Simota.
