Struct tops AE86

Hi does anybody know if the shock tops for the AE86 and AE85 are the same as far as i know the shocks are the same....

Are they? So its just the hubs and breaks that are different?

immm, not so sure. I used old and spare AE85 struts to have a coilover conversion done on them, and the suspension man said the tops were different to my AE86 tops.

Let me rephrase that, the coil top plate.

wow, never noticed that.. i though they can be turn around to have more castor or less... well that's what i did on mine anyway..

yep thats bang on, noticed once when i just grabed some random strut tops and one side had more caster
