ring some wreckers, depending on the condition, most will take it away for you for free, or may charge $20.

Pick A Part in wellington put it in their truck and take it away for free. ( I think ) So yea you might get lucky with a certain wrecker, depending on whats on the car.

yup pick a part does. but the car has to be moveable - ie have wheels etc, or they charge you $20 to move it.

There is a place in woolston that will take anycar for free as long as it has no tyres, it's not a wrecker though.... think it's a metal scrap place

Do what we did with a KE70 wagon many years back, chopped it up with an axe, put it on the trailer with all our other cr@p and dumped it at the local tip for $6.00

Basic axe does a good job, just need to keep it sharp annd work in the right direction on thicker sections so the metal is cut/torn rather than crushed.

stick it on trademe with a $1 buy now price and then it's someone else's problem to take. I've done this before with crap I'm too lazy to take to the dump. Or you could cut it up and week by week put bits of it out in your wheelie bin.

that it does, rather scary how things just start falling apart when the larger sections are removed i.e. roof etc

Big petrol powered saw is also good, like a chainsaw with a cutoff disc on it.
