theres was a case recently of a guy catching some dick breaking into a shop, he caught him dragged him the gas station next door and held him till the cops arrived. who then charged him with assault. and it held up in court. the shop owners paid his fines and costs but he now has a charge of assault on his record

This morning came home to find my passengers door wide open , at first
glance i thought i had been broken into. Turns out when i was installing my head unit i left the door slightly open and the wind blew it completly open . Thankfully nothing was taken so back to double checking again.
