How many people read the topic and thought it was a who would win a race question?

My opinion is that the Camry would come out worse off because the commodore is really heavy and made solid. I think the occupants would more likely survive in the Camry though because its got a lot more airbags and the car is better designed to absorb the impact by not being so solid.

Its just my opinion and its a real pity that I cant conduct a test but i think the rental car company might be a little annoyed or probably more annoyed would be the guests who hired the cars and let me drive them. (I work at a hotel/lodge you see and part of my job is to take the guests cars to their rooms and unpack their car while they get shown around the place.)

I hate Commodores, I drive one once a year for like two days for an old chap ( who cant drive on the open road )
okay its a 1994 berlina
but its poorly put together, everything feel tacky, it lacks power and cant corner to save itself. It also chews thru gas like nothing else!!
its just big heavy rubbish.....

But on the argument, Id like think you were somewhat safer in the Camry, Toyota does design their cars with a lot of safety in mind and they have been making 'better' cars alot longer than Holden!
I figure the longer a manufacturer has been doing something right, the longer they will continue making correct choices....

Hey did anyone see the Supercharger kit for the new Camry? :D wicked!
