Postby soulja » Tue Jan 31, 2006 5:57 pm

i have a toyota corolla ke36 wags and i just started to go to m.i.t in OTARA! :D i have nothing against the place but it has a bad rep for cars getting stolen.

so i was wondering what would be the best alarm i could get for it for $200 -$300 instaled and with central locking its only a two door. just so that it wouldnt get stolen and if they were to break in a siren would go off and hopfully get them to piss off and i have seen ones that text u and page u when some does break in?

any help would be apreciated thanks

you want central locking. a gsm pager alarm the works for under 300 ? if you find a way let me know as i dont think its possible for that price....

a cell dialer retails around the 500 mark, avs do a text notification alarm but that is around 900. the avs one you would still need central locking and the pager you would still be up for the alarm and locking. also with a pager/dialer you will want a nice stable alarm as you WILL get sick of false alarms as the cost of cell to cell calls/texts will get annoying.

i had a Dynatron D3600, dual immboliser, glass break, all doors, boot and bonnet protected. It was all good, just need to buy a b.b siren to make it a 5 star alarm and that was like $369 fitted now i think. I brought it for $160 from mag and turbo when they had theere midnight sale thing

Miridian alarms. If you get broken into, theyll pay your excess... (with their alarm in your car)
