Woefully inadequate and well short of the costs.
Cams are $500 each and don't forget the adjustable cam gears which should be around another $500.
Pistons alone would be $800, rods are not needed, but if you wanted them it would be another $800.
Turbo would be more like $2000+ and don't forget to add in the cost of a manifold and downpipe which could be anything from $500-$2000+.
The clutch is most definite necessary and will add another $800 or more.
PowerFC will cost more than $1200 with a Commander or better stilll a Datalogit to tune it.
680cc injectors are marginal and IMO too small for your HP goals, but larger ones won't cost more.
Add in block machining, head work, cambelts & temsioners, oil pump and a few other things you've not thought of and like Gary said, budget $15k or more to do the job properly, and that's if you do a lot of the work yourself.
