The guy who remanufactures superstrut arms

Postby eddiewould » Fri Mar 24, 2006 6:10 pm

Hi, can anyone put me in contact with the guy who remanufactures superstrut arms? I have tried searching but couldn't find it. I know I've seen him mentioned on these boards before.

Ta

I recommend that you buy Toyota genuine new ones.
I know of several GTZ owners who got remanufactured arms - they lasted about 10,000km before they flogged out!
I got brand new shiny ones when I had to replace the little arm on my GTZ from Mr Revhead and they are fine.
Price - $250ish each a couple of years ago.

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!

I agree with those who say buy genuine.

However if you can't afford the genuine and you need a quick fix SAS in Petone used to do a rebuilt arm for about 1/2 the money. You could also try Paul at Interpart - also in Petone.
