Thats like saying that gravel tires on a gravel road are only better than road tires on a gravel road if it's a wet day - retard :P

totally different kettle of fish - retard :P

I know for a fact, i've driven with near bald road tires on a dry day there and came in the top 5 :P

I think I see what B1 is saying. If you take the shiney grass off hard dry dirt, then the grip is similar with either type of tyre?

I was slip sliding all over the place on road tires. There would have been much more ownage had I been running retreads.

No i'm sticking with the theory that b1 with reatreads (which actually do make a difference on grass dirt anything other than seal compared to regular road tires)is making excuses for not being able to beat leon on road tires :P
