I think it's that the GTi is NZ new and the FXGT isn't, I don't think the GTi has powersteer either.

oh ok so no like extras or better motor etc the gti im looking at is a may 91 it has a red top 4age what are those motors like?

So long as it's a non-tvis redtop (True-redtop), they are factory rated 100kw and have stronger internals + coated pistons.

the GTi's have 12-285 corner lights etc which are cheapish. FXGT's have 12-291 corner lights which are worth good $$$

i paid $10 for my left hand side one and $20 for my right hand side one.

you guys can pay stupid money for them if you like.
