ae92 and ae101 rear springs

Postby Caveman » Thu Apr 20, 2006 4:09 pm

Does anyone know if there is any major difference between the rear ae92 and ae101 springs. Reason is I want TRD springs but ae92 rear has been discontinued :x

Rates are the same, so thats not a problem.

If anyone has some ae101 springs lying around let me know :D I have some ae92 struts I could try them in which would solve my problem

I have AE101 springs, and I'm sure AE92 and AE101 are same items (or very similar), the only major difference between struts are the brake line brakets. We swapped a few AE101 struts/spring into AE92 and AE82 (just fronts, in AE82 rears are very different).

Could you provide the part number?

48231-AE911 doesnt come up with anything with everyone i've talked to

AE101 and AE92 rear struts are identical, as seen by me and will

The difference between standard is ae92 has one extra winding in the coil (softer)

ae101 it is unless revvy can help me out :D
