whats this sensor?

Postby gasman » Mon Apr 24, 2006 1:24 pm

went to pick a part today and got an O2 sensor from a camary which i assume will work with a 20v blacktop as its a 4 wire one and stuff, but i also noticed that there was another sensor on the exhaust which i have no idea whats it for.

Image

the o2 sensor is in blue and the other one is in red.

close up of the mystery sensor.

i took the mystery sensor out and it was about 5cm long, if that helps

also if i take the air box off the blacktop what do i do with the air intake temperature sensor? do i even need it to run properly?
