car shuddering when clutch released

My ae101 just started shuddering whenever I letout the clutch, just the one clunk usually, but sometimes mulitple shudders/clunks, never done it before. What could this be?

im guessing you have no or little clutch left on the clutch plate

Is it known to just start all of a sudden? And I am planning on driving 200km open road on the weekend. Will I do irepairable damage by doing that?

just took it for blat through the 80km/h roundabouts near the airport (ahhh i love my car going thru them at 80km/h hehe) trying desperatly to get it to clunk again, giving it low revs between shifts, high revs then shifting, letting out clutch slowly, quicker, dumping it, full throttle off and back on in each gear, it wont clunk again. My brother was driving when it was clunking, so maybe missed something he was doing, but i tried most stuff i would know that would clunk, clutch, engine mounts etc.
