gday guys, i seem to have got myself a little problem. i got a ae85 with a 5 star uniden alarm and a central locking unit and today when i went to get into my car the alarm just bleeped but the central locking wouldnt work so i couldnt get in, anyway when i put my key in the lock it feels realy empty like theres nothing in there, would it be possible someones tried to break in and f#@ked the locks or could it be somethin to do with the central locking unit breaking, i really dont no much about this sort of stuff so any help would be much appreciated, cheers

happend with myrolla sometimes aye,like the the alarm would disarm but central locking wouldnt work. I just ripped it out and put it back in again. seemed fine

yea its real random ay :? im gonna take it in to an auto electrician tomorow hopefully they dont charge too much, cheers dude

it could also be, like the popper things arent coming trhu the hole properly like theres something obstructing them. I had this aswell because my door panels were re-trimmed and the hole was cut a little bit off where it should be. also check door panel is firmly pushed dwn.

that might have something to do with accualy cos the panel had come loose and it was rattling like a bitch so i just put a little bit of glue in their to keep it still, that was like a month ago though and its been working fine since then
