PISTON CHOICE

What would be the best choice for a 20 valve turbo piston? How much would it cost and where do you get them from?

The ZE pistons are a forged ceramic coated piston with bugger all in way of projections to cause detonation. They are almost as good as it gets, and stupidly cheap from Warrick (RevHead). Unless you screw up your fueling I would say they could take a heck of a lot of boost.

I run Arias in my NA 16 valve and they are a fantastic piston. JE is another highly recommended brand. I've heard bad things about wiseco, and I think their price has had to reflect that.

One thing of note, with the CR you are talking about, I doubt there is anything of difference between the 16 valve and 20 valve piston. The only difference in a stock piston is where the flycuts in the piston face are.
The answer is Helmholtz!
