In Linwood area, (5 minutes from eastgate) on a back section with off street parking.
Modern 3 bedroom home with heat pump, cable internet etc.
All kitchen stuff, lounge stuff already here so need need for that stuff just need your own bedroom things and towels and what not.
Soon to have new bathroom.
Have to share with 2 cats and a really friendly dog.
Power bills normally round the $90 a month mark.
Internet, phone etc around $90 a month as well.
Big room with wardrobe $80 a week. (be free 10th june)
Small room $60 a week.
Or for a couple $140 for both rooms

Plus a Mini in the driveway!

There is a chance i'll be there in August (as i'm losing my job here), so if there's still a place. I'd be interested.
