AE92 LOOM QUESTION

Postby Maxwedge » Wed Aug 09, 2006 1:03 pm

I often read about people having looms for various 4age engines, when removing a loom from a car with the idea of transplanting into another car do you take the whole loom- (engine side, lights, ignition etc) or just the loom from the engine to the computer? I noticed on a AE92 that two plugs from the loom go to the computer from the engine loom and one plug comes from the ignition area?

Yeah. you need the body plug that goes to the computer as well. Leave as much wire attached to the plug as you can when you cut it off - this will make wiring easier.
Some engine looms have a plug that goes direct to the body loom as well. Get this body plug also!

I used to think that the orange and green tictacs gave you special powers. The orange ones would make you stronger and the green ones would make you faster. So i used to eat some green ones and run around my lounge as fast as i could, then eat the orange ones and try to pick up the sofa. I wish it were true!
