dvc sub wiring

I am thinking about getting a dvc sub.
it has 2 1 ohm coils and is rated at 900watts rms

what sort of amp will i need to run this and how is it to be wired up?

SOmething that is .5ohm or 2ohm stable.

in the case of an amp that is capable of an 0.5ohm load, you will wire the sub's VC's up in parallel.

in the case of the 2ohm load, you'll be wiring the VC's in series.

sweet, so the amp i am looking at will be perfect. (1000watts rms at 2 ohms)
