Check light being odd

I put bluetop cams in my 4agze on the weekend, it is noticeably more responsive, can't feel any more power though. Worth the small effort, only took a couple of leisurely hours.
But since fitting the cams my engine check light is intermittently coming on, it will light up for about 5-10 seconds at random times, then disappear again. No idea what is causing it?!?

Check the fault codes and see if anything comes up

wont cause the light, but did you re-shim it with the cam change?

Not yet, haha. It is quite rattley at the moment!
