well i discovered id cracked the head on my engine so that has come off and i got a new one which has been acid dipped, its not cracked or warped either but, the valves are sitting there loose, my question is how do i get the valve into those little half round clips, and is there anything i should do to clean up the valves they looks pretty dirty,
With a valve spring compressor As for cleaning them, nah not too much of a biggy. Parts washer might bring them up.
