Errr what?

You mean crew as in gangsta crew?
Or you mean like the wannabe crews like 'Chosen Many' and all those posers?

Either way...*Insert lots of abuse here*

Just do what the Caldina lads (and ladies) get up to and organise a meet every now and then.

And by Corolla are you including the Levins/Trueno's/etc etc??

You could call yourself "Ko - Rollaz"

That would be so gangsta. Not to mention awesome.

In all seriousness though, probably a good idea just to do as Mr Phreak suggested, just make a song and dance about a Corolla meet and away you go, could potentially have a great and varied turnout!

i think a "crew" is a stupid idea and idiots who cant think for them selfs are part of a "crew"

but

a "meet" now thats a different story, if thats what you mean then yeah,

just to jump on the band waggon.....

i can just see it now, corolla drivers are 9 times out of 10 some stupid skinny white idiot with a mouth bigger than his wallet, wears a hoodie and thinks there car is bad ass

oh and sorry to say but a 1988 corolla isnt a mean car unless

a, its had a $&#$% load of work done to it
b, its a rare version
c, refer to a, it has a 2jz in it or anything other than just a 4A-GZE in it
Nothing to see here ...

Oh B#tch! B#tch! B#tch!

Corolla88, dont listen to half of these old cranky old men as most of them are off their med's and the rest need to have a nap in the afternoon.

If you wanna organise a 'crew' of Corolla fans, then go for it. Find some like minded enthusiasts and get to getting to discuss your ideas and common likes. But remember to keep it sensible and dont go too overboard with your ideas.

Also, if you organise a meet for all these people, then keep it on the safe side and dont make a bad name for your 'crew' as the boys in blue dont need any more ammunition than they already have on shutting down any motor enthusiast event.

If most of us listened to the ones above and their negative attitudes, then Toyspeed might never have come about back in the old days.

Peace.

I agree if it was called a meet then sweet that sounds better. You could do what the caldina people do and sort out a cruise and etc.

As for the chosen many everyone has their views on things but those guys are.... how to put nicely.... idiots?
I know a few and even grew up wit a couple

dude most c/f members are resposible friendly people being a member myself ive found it the most accepting easy going car club ive ever been involved with just like every car club there are some that present a bad image and they dont last very long

there are a few toyota specific car clubs out there probably easyist way to get something going is make it all pre 1990 corolla/levins ect so ya get a good turn out at some cruzes and throw on a bbq

So guys do you reckon we organise something, well by the sounds off i some people don't want it to be called "Corolla Crew" what about just having a meet sometime in the next couple of weeks????? and then who ever turns up we can discuss maybe making the meets a permanent thing.

"crew" has rather..... well dodgy conatations to be honest

i think arranging a meet would be a better way to kick things off.
