hi all

MMC are holding a motorkhana at the te marua speedway, upper hutt

keep checking www.mmc.org.nz/events/motorkhana for more details.

so far the details that are not already on the poster are:

$30 entry fee
all vehicles must meet as a minimum MSNZ sch C, part 2. if modifications have been made to the vehicle then these must be in accordance with sch A.
srutineering will be at datadots on wednesday 11th of october 6pm
there will be three classes; EOD (engine over driven wheels), ENOD (engine not over driven wheels), and 4wd
entries will be online and will be up within two weeks

big thanks to speedtech motorsport for supporting the event!!!!

could people please post this around other forums as i am not a member of most forums.

thanks all, watch this space
roger

edit; meet with leon today and he has advised me to keep the regs in line with other motorkhanas. sorry for the confusion

What's the idea of scrutineering for a motorkhana? Bizarre.

motorkhana.... like going around cones in big car park?? sounds fun! :P

Pretty keen, but does that mean I have to make 2 trips down to have scrutineering on 11th then go to event on 14th? :?

You'll find there's provision for out of towners to be looked at on the day.

NB: to our regular Motorkhana competitors ... please note CAREFULLY that this is a pre-entry event, not an entry on the day event. So you'll want to get monies in early, otherwise you pay more.

Actually it's a re-appearance of an old venue dating back 30 + years, just not in about the last 10 years :)

If you se me standing round with the black MR2 with a rollcage etc, come say hello so I don't have to talk to people about red diamonds all day :D
