Basically if you're not into partying every day but like the odd alcoholic beverage every now and then and a party once a week or so and are trustworthy/not going to trash the place etc then i know someone who is very keen on getting rid of their flatmate who isn't paying for rent, food or much other stuff as often as they should be.
Plenty of off street parking (pretty much around the whole house), nice views of the beach (which is basically right across the road) and not surrounded by heaps of other houses etc. Located in the Tomahawk area of Dunedin.
He's basically just looking for someone he can trust and that won't invite the whole city around for a party etc.
