car is a 1983 corona rwd beasty.

rear wheel was wobbling so i took off all the drum brakes and spun the hub and its warped. what do i do to take the hub off? do i need to remove the whole dif?

nope, should just be able to pull the drums off, then undo the 4 bolts which bolt the hub to the diff housing. once they're undone just give the axle/hub a good yank and it'll come out.

you may or may not want to drain the diff oil first though...depends if the filler bolt is below the level of the axle housing or not though, you might be able to get away with it.

Look at the back of the hub, there should be 4 bolts or nuts there, remove them, and remove the hand brake cable and brake pipes, and the half shaft should slide out the axle housing.

its quite hard to get the axels out.i was told to put on an unwanted bikkie on and bash it then turn and then bash it some more.this is untill the axel slides out.just make sure you have undone the four bolts first.
