It's hard to really say...

Are you just wanting to replace with another OE disc or you wanting to go a little bit better and add some more beef to it? I'd say it's normally better to throw something a little bit more uprated than OE in there and a pressure plate that has a bit more clamping pressure while you are at it.

You are going to have to rip the motor out to replace the clutch one of those babies IIRC as you can't get it all out with the transfer case being in the way and all.

I'd say around 8/9 hours worth of labour all up for the whole job. Maybe a bit more.

You just need to ring around and find out who charges how much per hour and get some quotes on clutches. Call BNT and ask them for a quote on a new disc and pressure plate.

Genuine would be OE... I was referring to getting a price on 'Slightly Uprated' unit.
Although you should probably be able to provide a fair quote on a TRD counterpart... 8)

based on a ST185 GT4 which basically runs the same box/flywheel etc.
a HD pressure plate wont clear the interals of the bell housing. But a std pressure plate is 2400lb clamping pressure.

the standard clutch is around $395 which isnt too bad but if it needs the whole engine out im gunna be screwed as i dont have a cent to my name atm.. it's hard to say really, i need to take someone out in it who has one and they could tell me if theres does it or not.

I'm not exactly sure how the ST215 east/west beams mount but I know the ST185 is easier to get a motor/box out of than an AE104. The things we do.......
