out of interest tho, how long would the person be able to rent it for? i'm guessing more than the month till lease expires... and when do they have to move in? could be helpful to know

um well he wants long term tennents but we managed to get a 6month lease outta him so yould be fixed for 6-12 months. Oh and bond is $470.

and they can move in anytime from next week. but we have to keep paying rent unless someone take it b4 januray which sucks
