Room for rent

I have a room for rent now.....
5 minute walk to eastgate, off street parking down a long drive, waldrobe, house has all the mod cons (heat pump, microwave etc....... ) Cable internet in the room to.
There's a Dog and 2 Cats living there to.......

$80pw for the room or if you perfer the smaller cheaper room without the waldrobe $60pw

Powers normally under $100 a month as well......
