w2a to front mount.

Postby Infinite » Thu Jan 25, 2007 5:26 am

Ok,

Ive decided for clearence issues with cert to go front mount on the curren, So what would be the right size intercooler for a 3sgte grp a motor? is this a case of bigger the better (within reason)..... also dont i need to trick the ecu into thinking the w2a pump is still there or i will get the engine light wont i?

A few more details would help,

So your using a ST205 ECU and Motor? but your going to be putting a FMIC onto it as apposed to the WTA, ( i belive the WTA would still fit fine for the record, i could put a normal st185 bonnet on my car and go all sleeper if i wanted, but thats another story. )

I belive nothing is required, you simply dont run 12V to the pump, if you get an engine check light or not would be intresting to note.

BTW the rest of your motor would probably support 600 hp...but your clutch would not agree
and you would eed a gt35 or t70 to get that sort of flow

after 400 hp you really need to be looking twinplate
