LEVELS TRACKDAY. 24TH MARCH 2007

Postby fangsport » Wed Jan 31, 2007 10:45 pm

don't ask me what type of event we are running as i don't know yet.

will be similar to our usual trackdays and will probably be a mix of autocross and circuit sprints.

giving you all plenty of notice if you want to suggest an activity, as i won't hold my breath if you guys say you are going to enter

if enough people pulled finger and got sorted with a membership and clubsport licence, i could create a really different type of event, but until then, it will more than likely be a basic status event.

How about donating the first hour back to the club to be scheduled as a regular test day, like they do from time to time with other events.

Got some testing that needs to be done, lol.

I fixed up your typo, lol,

That I could do.

should be able to setup an MS-IBC in an hour.

Then I could enter the event aswell.

So is it an event you can enter with clubsport licence, (and of course membership with a msnz affiliated club?)

yip. if i had guarenteed licenced entries, i would consider pursuit sprints and clubsport racing, but until such time it will probably be auto-x and lap sprints.

turned out to be lack of power along ignition wire all the way to voltage regulator

Brick wrote: just push start it before you race, just dont stall it again

that would have been all good, but eventually battery wouldnt have enough power to give me spark

its running, so will see what happens between now and then, ideally first time on track would be at Ruapuna so its not so far to walk home if something random breaks
