It's an entertaining story you've written ollieboy, and we're all intrigued to know the outcome.
But I imagine I'm not alone in suspecting you're not telling the whole, or the true, story and/or you've been watching too many movies.

Part of growing up and living in the real world is learning to deal with difficult situations.
You haven't done that here. Rather you've chosen to run from the issue instead of addressing it.

Tow truck drivers might be a lower form of life but generally speaking they aren't usually prone to trespassing on private property and seizing possessions without proper authority.
The mad rantings of a neighbour who's incensed at the number of derelict wrecks on your property do not constitute 'proper authority'.
The towie would know that and that the unauthorised taking of your possessions is theft and could render him back in the arms of his previous Mt Eden girlfriend Bubba.

The mature course of action for you now would be to contact the towie, ask him on what authority he entered your property and surveyed the scene with the intent of removing your possessions, and how will he disuade you from laying a complaint with the police.
Then you should go back to the Police and seek advice.

Yeah, what he said. Enough of the BS, what's the real story?

That is the real story. If you don't believe it, I don't care, if I wanted your opinion I would have asked for it. I posted on here asking of easy ways to stop a car from being moved, I found that out. Nothing more.
