5-8 or so psi on a 2l will be fine
its all in the tuning, maybe look at fitting a 2lt injection pump

hmmmm, kool.
do you know of anyone that would know how to fit and tune etc??? (cause clearly the guy i been talking to that said i needed 8-1 dont know what he talking about)

thats in a petrol you can for get any specs people give you for a petrol if when talking diesel there very different

sounds to me like the best thing for you do to is just transplant a 2lt
then when u can bin the turbo and fit a s/c
it MUST be done right, your itll just die

PML....well to everyone in the beginning of this post that thought doing 120kms was a good effort.......I just sold the old yella (the 2.4diesel), and the guy flew up from chch to pick it up and drive it back, and he ended up "flying" back.
he called me when he got to Levin, and said the ute was fantastic, and better than he thought...(blah blah blah)...but he did say that it got a bit rattley at 160kms.....
YES...THATS 160kms!!!
