Trueno Click Sound????

Hi all,

I have a Toyota Trueno 1990 GT Sprinter, (manual)

When i start of i can hear creaking sound coming from Top Left hand side.

Someone said it could be the Top hat but im not sure anyone else had this problem or have heard of it?
