I need some bolts to chuck my Blacktop on my engine stand, basically need to know where to buy them or if anyone has some suitable ones sitting around somewhere.

Engineering shop will be the place to go, I got some from Bay Engineering here for about $2 each.

I bought my set from Blacks. Hilton Parker will also be able to supply them.

Engine was given to me minus gearbox etc, will call a couple of places in the week.

Bellhousing bolts are usually too short to use on an engine stand.
If you have a huge collection of bolts off random toyotas (like I do) then you might find some suspension bolts that are long enough and the correct thread/diameter.
Try to find a bolt that will thread into the holes in the block, work out how long they need to be and take the bolt and the measurements to a fastener shop.
Be aware that if the bolt is a bit too long and you do it up tight into the block you could crack the block when the bolt bottoms out.
Get 20 or so washers as well as insurance against this, if you need to.
Bolts plus washers might cost you $5 to $10.

i used engine mount bolts, the large ones that run through the centre, they're the right size for 3sgtes, pretty sure the A series are the same. Were a tiny bit long on a couple so I put a slightly larger nut under them to act like washers

Anyway, we've decided that if you want to mount a Blacktop on an engine stand you need 12 x 1.25.
