VHT paint suppliers?

Postby perfk » Mon Mar 26, 2007 12:41 pm

Are there any local places that stock VHT brand paints?

Repco does, but apparently can't get in the colour I want
I'm not sure where else to look
(and I imagine ordering online isn't going to be very simple due to the nature of the item)

if that pink is the same pink that I am thinking of then there is NO way you would want an engine THAT pink, its commonly referred to as Nipple Pink (theres another one for ya Rev :P )

perfk - you would be after a more subtle pink correct ? i.e. like a baby pink perhaps ?

Is it just for a rocker cover? I reckon you would find standard spray cans just fine. Last time i called the rep for plasticote he reckoned they were fine up to 110 Degrees C

ohmigod...
well you see - the hot pink was like a compromise, I wanted pink but that was the only one I could find online
but a baby pink would make me pretty much the happiest person on the planet

you guys reckon I could use regular paint without it bubbling or cracking?
