meet this week (thurs 27th)

Postby cogent » Tue Mar 27, 2007 11:24 am

Hi All,

I used to come along to the toyspeed meets when they were round at oriental parade, ive got a red Mk1 Mr2 (if anyone remembers me!).

Anyway, its now got a silvertop in it, and i feel its not running right, but after swapping the ECU, new exhaust, new AFM, new oxy sensor, new ISCV its still running 'like butt'.

I was wondering, if anyone was going to have a silvertop 4-age equipped car at the meet this thursday, that they could take me for a quick drive in (or even let me drive! dont see that happening though :( ) so that I can compare my own to it. Ive driven my partners blacktop ae110 and its a lot more responsive and quicker than mine, but i havnt been in a silvertop yet.

otherwise, hopefully people can shed some light on it this thursday night if there wont be any other silvertops there.

cheers

Nick

I dunno - will I still be welcome when my car is full of pink neon glow with an extremely tacky, but lovable, bodykit :D ?

And I'm sure the MR2 will be back, unless it's raining lol
