Yep, that'd be Andrew Johnston.
I can think of a certain NA CRX, that's driven by a certain Ginge, that does 12.7 (Andrew built that motor as well).
Although it didn't make it to the last Night speed drag wars, engine check light at Waiuku exit.
We did however make it to watch the drags when Brendon picked us up in the mighty Honda City. Shot Brendon, pity it couldn't tow the CRX with the poo clutch. :D

Its so predictable with a lot of honda drivers,

pull up next to a modified honda and you know he wants to race you, and always with the extremely obnoxious exhaust sound :x
too many cheesey car movies and bad tuner tv shows I think.

I think you will find the majority of 20v owners on here actually know how their car compares.

in 2L they would be fkn sweet, and IQ, well, cya at the bbq fangsport

I'd race a honda in my kp before I raced in my 20v, cos hey, at least i'd still be cool at the end of the race 8) respect thy k series

only milk comes in 2L, and the BBQ depends heavily on the litreage the night before

It all comes down to power to weight. The small displacement NA hondas have more power pound for pound. They will beat the 20v all day long... would I have one as a daily driver? Have done, wont ever again though. FWD sucks.

Hows this different from 20v drivers? Aside from with a Honda driver there might be a small chance he would have a valid reason to THINK he could give you a go? Because I get just as many Toyota drivers doing that :D

I don't know how you'd do a Honda vs. Toyota track day - I guess sort the fastest times or something, superlap style? Overall I'd be inclined to expect Honda to take out that kind of event... almost walkover style. It'd be neat to be proven wrong though, it'd mean there are a lot more quick track-friendly Toyotas than I know about!

Theres quite a few guys on here invovled in MotorSport and quite a few of us have attended a few track days... I dont think it would be a walkover by any stretch.

As per all racing... it comes down to the driver...
