6 Individual stock coils that sit on top of the plugs, but i did have a good half track run befor the coil packed in, the half track time was only 7.1 but my speed was up at 169kms half track then i backed off.

haha cheers guys, starting of being a really depressing day. was about to pack up and go home.
Fisrt few runs were really slipery as usualy. But then gearbox starting playing up, couldnt select gears as i've been having a 4th gear issue where it rubs into the syncro hub and bearing (when im not in that gear) and it basically started jamming 4th gear up and was driving in neutral.
I wanted to do the eliminations so i thought i'll try get it to select gears see how it is. After the little burn out i did the gear box freed it self :D!!!
So did the next 2 runs conservatively, changing gears slow etc. and all was good, so the next run i went all out and busted a 11.0 with a semi bogged launch, upped the launch revs on the next run and bam 10s pass!!! stoked!!

Thanks to all my mates (esp IH8TEC & AL4SPN) who have helped me on those long nights working on the car (gearbox lol)

sounds like the gear ratios are the key to getting these down the strip quickly. the huge 2nd-3rd gap is their biggest handicap.
not many options to remedy it tho, either go for barrys mix-match gearbox or has anyone tried a c series with over 200wkw before

Nice work Baz. And they say burnouts are bad for gearboxes? Bah! :D
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.
