At this incredibly early stage, I'd like to keep it to just TS members. If we have trouble filling the spots (and I'm envisaging 40 spots available) then we can invite others.

Me and the other half can fit about 10 cars plus at our place off the street, behind the house and garage easily if needed. Another 4 can fit on our newly laid concrete skid pad and front lawn. Locked gate, sleep out and tent space also available. All in friendly Feilding.

I'd be keen for the megameet, should have a few more mods by then so would be keen for the dyno aswell, providing you can get a 4wd 1!

I know the owner of the dyno is looking at getting a 4WD setup (is currently 2WD rolling road) but who knows if it'd be done by then.

Put me down for accommodation.
At this stage the Soarer looks to be ready for the track so I'll take a spot on the track as well. If something happens and I have to pull out just on the track side of things what is the latest notice you need?

Well with regards to the track, ideally I'd like those who are racing to have confirmed and paid by mid August at the very outside. 3 months is plenty to save $85 for entry!
For accommodation, out of town people who are wanting to stay @ the campground need to email me: havoc_wcp at hotmail.com so I can go to the ground owners and try wangle some sort of group discount.
Once I've got numbers I'll then work out when that needs to be paid for.

This is gonna frickin rule, have got some paintball action lined up too, and a pretty cool cruise route also 8) It's shaping up to be a very good weekend.

yes it is, good stuff Brad, Just a quick question, Do we have to be driving a toyota to enter in the manfield day?

Is it cheaper to do just the main part of the track? As the back part is a bit crap anyway?
