Head Torque Settings 96 Ford Laser

Hey, does anyone know the Head Torque settings for a 96 Ford Laser GL Station Wagon?? Possibly done in 3 stages. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

If you're doing a head gasket, they should come with it?
