At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what or how it happened.

Learner license with nobody else in the car who has had a full license for 2+years = She is in the wrong.
That and having no WOF = Her in the wrong.

She was not meant to be on the road. Doesn't matter if she admits or not.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

got to sort out some stuff with insurance and see what the deal with that is then depending on what car i get next it may be relatively soon. what parts you after?

so with insurance i can get up to $3000 towards repairs and i can buy back the car at a wreckers price. so does the insurance co send an assessor round to check out my car? what if he notices my slight modifications from stock and the cert plate is a dead give away or can his assessment report be bought ? ...........................................

was on my way home to get a feed and then start studying for a big test the next day so the crash took a bit of my time up and i was on a bit of a buzz for a while and couldn't study. i wonder if i can be excused from the test

Provided all mods were declearded and certed, and the car was legit, if they decide to write the car off, youll get the car back for very cheap.

Mate just crashed his 98 spec ITR, car got written off, he got paid out, and i brought the whole wreck for $1500... b18cr motor, and heaps of aftermarket parts..
