when my ae92 was written off the guy just took a couple pics and opend and closed the door and that was it, i had coilovers in it but no cert, i guess it depends on how lazy the assesor is

arent most assements just done by pannel beaters these days? A few pics & a quote of repair costs & its sent off to the insurance company to decide on the outcome i.e repair or write off?

But if insurance wont pay, then still has nothing to do with taking it to court, from what you've said judge will rule in your favour. But you'l probally only get the money at $10 a week or something stupid like that. I know my parents only got the final payment for a car that was witten off approx 20 yrs ago 5, years back
The law should change so you're entitled to 50% of their income till they pay it off. Too bad if they cant eat. Teach them for being drop kicks

I agree the law with that kinda thing is just slack, but 50%, yeah i cant see the government putting people on the street some how.

um sort of, door completely fluked b pillar twisted and i think the floor was very very slightly dentd, yeh i got payd out 2500 only payed 1000 for it, so i kinda only payed 1000 for my supercharged fx
