Postby Quirky » Fri Jun 15, 2007 3:55 pm

This morning in the hours between 1am - 7am.
This happened:
http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s286 ... age010.jpg
http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s286 ... age009.jpg
http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s286 ... age011.jpg
(pics taken from my cellphone)

From what i can see, looks like they tried to screwdriver there way in through the door handle, that didnt work, so then they went through the passenger door, by means of breaking glass.

So theres glass every.
They broke my door handle, which i bought new from Toyota for like $200
And they took my Sub, my cheapo $50 amp of trademe.

I do however have full coverage from State insurance, but damn this did not make my morning.

Poor Corolla...

I see you removed your faceplate, and they left your headunit alone. VERY wise move there :).

Im in Miramar, and the wire cables were actually concelled under the carpets, they mustve just moved the carpets while in there haste, however only the small white wire would be remotely visible.

Cars already down at the shop getting quotes for window repair and body repair.

Plus have to pay $300 for insurance to get the stereo back.

Well i had a Fusion Encounter Subwoofer:
http://www.extrem-audio.cz/images/sklady/en-sw12es.jpg
Like that, in a basic box, however, i had one of those metal Jaycar Speaker grills, so i guess that would be unique.

And i had Sony 222wat amp, nothing special about it, but if it was for sale bundeled with a Fusion Sub, maybe....

Also they took the faceplate of my head unit, thats cause i take the faceplate off and leave it in the glovebox...
