i have mentioned to a few people on various forums that if enough of you guys get motivated, that there could be a Makes Team grudge, with the winning team having ultimate bragging rights.

Do we just turn up on the day with our helmet, fire extinguisher, 100% cotton overalls, etc etc, and pay on the same day too?

pretty much.
it's a proven formula that works, and gives everyone who is man enough plenty of track time. can't remember your name ( it will come to me) but remember your face and car. personally, i'm not getting involved with the 'grudge' side of things, i sowed a seed and expected a lot more crap talk between forumers................. maybe they are yellow and quiet this time around.

there has been a bit of interest, so will advise shortly if i will be limiting entries or giving priority entry, as i have a maximum number , and need to leave enough gaps for SCCC entrants.

It was a bucket load of fun last time to be honest. Absolute fun. Loved it. Never had such thrills in a car with skills having to be involved in it and I am up for another one of these. I will most likely end up attending again. and yes please, I would like the entry form. Thanks.
Mac.

Ohh all good. I had my car tuned on friday at nzefi, and this would be another great oppurtunity to rape it till I break it so to speak. Sweet. I have posted around the other forums hoping for a big turn out and encouraging others to race around the track too.

Yeah, he may have picked up the wrong idea about that post of yours there Joe.
There is usually only one clubsport event per year that gets over booked, and that's in December I think.

It is a shame that the club is so limited on the number of days that you can use the track.
Would be good to have these type events regularly like once a month.

event that day struggles for a full feild, 56 entries in 06, structured to handle 70-75

once a month could be too much, but every 6-8 weeks could work? was advised that even evry 3-4 events would be too much as it scrubs tyres too much. my reply was to get a pair of tyres that are only used on the track, then the WOF pair stay good. the advice came from someone who relies on the 'car enhusiast' to spend money , though 8)
