Just get one with one 12mm outlet on the bottom for your feed, and 3 10mm outlets on the top. Those trademe guys should make to your requirements no extra cost if you ask nicely.

doin_donuts: I'll be in touch over the weekend if I get some time to work on the car on sunday prob most likely.

When you say 3 10mm outlets on the top, one is the feed to the surge tank and one is the fuel return to the tank......whats the third one for? breather?

Also, are you able to take some photos of your setup? :D

Cheers

There are a few ways of doing it but I like the idea of the return from the motor going into the main tank rather than the surge tank. Remember got to have an overflow on the surge tank

We always run our race cars and the one's we build so that the fuel return from the engine is to the surge tank.

That way the lift pumps only have to flow as much to the surge tank as the engine uses, ( which in some of our car is quite a lot).

If you return it to the main tank you risk getting surge in the surge tank,
as the main pump is usually outflows the pumps that feed the surge tank,
and then you can run the main tank to 100% empty if you have to.

My car is setup knida like that and wont get surge in the tank untill there is less than 500ml petrol left in the entire car. ( almost enough for one lap of teretonga on super cruise mode).
