A friend at work told me they are bringing out the old style silver on black plates. Can anyone confirm?

they only suit old school cars in my opinion
chicken fillet and bacon with everything except onion and bbq, ranch and southwest sauces

couldn't see why they would. the black on reflective white is far easier to read, and shows up better on speed camera and security footage.

Yea i doubt it but would be cool , have thought about getting mine stripped then powdercoated black then sand back to the ali. To much effort though :lol:

lol, i did that sorta, had my spare set of p plates chromed for fours and rotors, didnt end up using them in the end cos chrome dosnt bend too well...

but i drove round with them a few times and never got pulled, but im guessing thats only cos a cop never saw them, cos they stood out like big hairy dogs balls...

I have seen new cars driving around with the old style plates on them...and they look good with them too.

Ive seen a couple of cars around here with the old style plates, personalised too. that was a few years ago now..
