remotes not working(alarm)

replaced both battries in the remotes for my uniden alarm
all other parts of the alarm work but dosnt go beep and lock/open doors

what could this be?

It may have "forgotten" the correct remotes for the unit. Check your alarm installation manual, you can relearn the remotes. You have to push the VET button while holding your tongue currectly while sacrificing a virgin etc...
