That F1's only done 14K! ... and had nearly 13000 views. Hope it stays in NZ.

Wonder what the insurance on it is like

Thats HEAPS. Not uncommon for Ferrari's and Lambos to travel less than 1000km/year.

If I had an F1 (and a paid for fuel card :P) I'd rack up 1000 in a week!
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

The 911 turbos are awesome cars too.

Especially once they have been modded a bit, and the interior is beautiful. Full electric chairs etc. Its actually a car you could drive to work and back comfortably and drop by the race track on the way home and clean most cars up with it.
I was never a fan until i went for a ride in one, was amazing.

Obviosuly a GT3 would be the shit, but you dont want to drive it every day!

Porsche = daily driver with big balls, hardly boring at all!
I wouldn't want to drive a equally priced lambo or ferrari to work every day.

I do agree though, there are a lot of porches that are slow and are driven by clueless who just want the porsche badge and think their car is fast.

Well there are lots of porsches that can be had for around $80,000 - $120,000. They arn't great handling super fast cars that give porsche its name either.
You dont see that many 911 turbos around at all.
