MM Weekend activities

Postby Dell'Orto » Tue Oct 02, 2007 7:13 pm

Ok,

So, on the Saturday we have the dyno day planned for the morning, sort of assuming 9am onwards.
In the afternoon, we have paintball, from 2pm onwards.

Sunday we'll have the grasskhana (if the weather holds up over the next couple of weeks) in the AM, probably 10am onwards.
The cruise will follow after everyone has cleaned up/fuelled up.

Please note the times are approximate, as I want it to be a pretty cruisy weekend. What I need from you people is a post indicating what activities you want to do, just to get an idea of numbers.
The dyno day is $70 inc A/F printout. Paintball is $20 per person for 100 rounds, $15 for another 100 or $40 for 500 :D
As yet, the grasskhana is FREE, with prizes donated by Meguiars to be won!

Let me know ASAP!

Hey just a random comment - there is an area specifically for events where I looked to try and get up to date on when and when things are happening for MM (I hadn't been following while I was stuck in Hong Kong) and there is nothing at all.

At the moment to find out exactly whats going on, unless I am missing someone - one has to trudge through the general forum stuff... maybe some of this could be moved to the events forum?

Does the dyno have 4WD capabilities?

How about we throw some Go Karts in there as well. 8)

I will be there for some of the dyno day hopefully, Then will be there for Paintball on the Saturday.

Sunday I don't think i will be there for the GK but will hopefully make it to the cruise provided it is a little later on towards lunchtime-ish

Then will be there on the Monday for the Track day

I think that you should allow until lunchtime for the GK as these things seem to run a little longer than expected usually, I was looking forward to the GK but it seems it clashes with a sporting event that day that I must see :x

I'm not sure what Brads position is but pretty much up until around the week before we will only be allowing toyspeed members. If i'm wrong then I don't see why not. I'm pretty sure we have a few spots available - try PMing him and see what he says.

I thought it was up until the start of this month, For those who haven't paid up tough shit, Sell their spots to people that will actually front up with the money is what I say, Otherwise Brad will be left with a shortfall which isn't cool

I agree this has been my problem with these so called keen participants all along why wait until the last minute and leave the organiser in the lurch its BS and just plain selfish.
