it'd be semi-interesting* to see how apathetic the TS members are... I mean if the local elections can get only 40-60% turn out, then I'd be surprised if we got close to 30% of members voting.

*in a maths geek kinda way.

Depends on the member base you consider, if you're talking about active members, members who log in once or twice a year to ask how to fix something, members with greater than 10 posts etc etc
