the front engine mount is differnt but can be swapped over if you have both. remember the g/box housings are the same and thats where the other three mounts are.

oil pump housing on front of engine is different, has extra mounts for hydraulic tensioner on BT. the lower and middle cam belt covers are also different in the area just below water pump because of this (one bolt in different spot)

anyone know if the oil pump itself is interchangeable... different size at all?

yeah as said above,

the oil pump is different as the BT has the hydraulic tensioner which sits in a slighlty different postion,
And cant run a RWD Alt bracket as it hits on the tensioner,

Blacktop Cambelt is one tooth longer,

cant run ST water pump on a Blacktop as the tensioner wheel hits on the housing, can be fixed with a hacksaw or grinder,

Blacktop centre cambelt cover does not match up with a ST waterpump,
they have different castings,.

So,
If you run a blacktop oil pump,
you must ran a blacktop water pump to fit.
If you run a blacktop water pump
you must use a BT cambelt covers.
